Milligan College Appreciation Day
The City of Elizabethton and Carter County have made a joint proclamation that this Thursday, December 20, 2001, will be "Milligan College Appreciation Day," in recognition of Milligan's history of academic excellence and service to the community and region.
Mayor Sam LaPorte and Carter Co. Executive Truman Clark will make the presentation at the Elizabethton/Carter County Chamber of Commerce Breakfast, to be held at Milligan, this Thursday morning, 12/20, at 7:30 a.m. in the Student Center Lounge.
